If this were The Bachelor, my title card wouldn’t say “Entrepreneur.”
It would say: Scorecard Enthusiast. (shoutout to Warner Bros. Entertainment)

Most of my time right now is spent building the infrastructure for Haven Health and staying disciplined with the systems that move me forward. After leaving my corporate role earlier this year, I stepped fully into creating my next chapter in medical aesthetics.

One piece of advice I learned at an AmSpa training stuck with me: Strong clinics are built by people who approach this industry with intention, discipline, and real operational foundations. That is exactly where I’ve been focused.

Here’s what the work looks like behind the scenes:

📊 A scorecard that tracks every operational priority so nothing slips
🗂️ A CRM system to keep conversations with owners, clinicians, consultants, and advisors organized
🔍 Research routines to understand local markets, client demand, competition, and compliance requirements
📝 A monday.com board to manage planning, vendors, and early operational decisions
🤝 Weekly accountability calls with another founder to stay grounded
🌐 Joining local business groups to meet owners, lenders, suppliers, and community partners
📚 Studying what separates average medspas from those that retain clients for years
💬 Connecting with operators who have already built safe, compliant, high-performing clinics

Structured. Proactive. Focused on building something real.

My goal is simple: launch or acquire my first medical aesthetics clinic in Northern or Central Virginia and build a practice rooted in safety, quality, and an elevated client experience.

If you know an operator or clinical leader in aesthetics who would be open to connecting, I’d love to meet them.

If this resonates, or if you’re thinking about the future of your practice, I’m always open to a confidential, owner-led conversation.
