I am a healthcare operator pursuing hands-on ownership of one medical aesthetics practice, where long-term involvement and stewardship matter. I founded Haven Health to do this work personally and thoughtfully.

I work directly with medical aesthetics practice owners who are considering a future transition, partnership, or succession, often well before a formal sale process begins.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in healthcare operations and clinical leadership, including senior leadership roles at Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry as the organization grew nationally.

In addition, I convene a small, owner-only medical aesthetics roundtable in Virginia focused on compliance, safety, and the real operational challenges of running a practice. It is a confidential, peer-based forum and not a sales or solicitation environment. Participation does not imply intent to sell.
