I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in healthcare operations and clinical leadership, including senior leadership roles at Thriveworks Counseling & Psychiatry as the organization grew nationally.
My background includes:

Building and supporting provider networks at scale
Designing client-centered service models
Operational discipline and responsible growth

In addition, I convene a small, owner-only medical aesthetics roundtable in Virginia focused on compliance, safety, and the real operational challenges of running a practice.
