Partnership Opportunities

Thoughtful collaboration, built carefully and case by case

As I build toward ownership and operation of a first medical aesthetics practice, I’m open to select, thoughtfully structured partnership or co-location conversations with aligned organizations in Northern and Central Virginia.

These are not standardized offerings, franchises, or growth-driven arrangements. They are relationship-led discussions where collaboration could make sense clinically, operationally, and ethically for both sides. Each partnership would be small, specific, and designed around real operational needs rather than scale.

My priority in any partnership is protecting safety, scope of practice, client experience, and trust, while allowing care to be delivered in a way that feels integrated and sustainable.

Co-Location and Satellite Concepts (Exploratory)

In limited cases, I’m open to discussing co-location or satellite arrangements with organizations whose client populations and values align with clinical-first aesthetic care.

Examples may include:

  • Fitness studios or boutique wellness concepts
  • Weight loss or metabolic health clinics
  • Women’s health practices
  • Dermatology or primary care offices
  • Select healthcare-adjacent professional environments

These conversations are highly individualized. Any collaboration would be designed conservatively, with clear clinical boundaries, appropriate supervision, and respect for existing brands, staff, and client relationships.

How Collaboration Might Look

Depending on the setting and regulatory structure, collaboration could include:

  • Scheduled aesthetic treatment days within an existing location
  • Shared space arrangements with clear separation of services
  • Pilot-based offerings to assess fit and demand
  • Thoughtful pathways toward deeper partnership or ownership, where appropriate

There is no single template. Any structure would be developed deliberately and adjusted over time based on safety, outcomes, and operational realities.

Clinical and Operational Guardrails

Regardless of structure, any partnership would require:

  • Clear scope-of-practice alignment
  • Physician-led clinical governance
  • Defined supervision and delegation models
  • Appropriate documentation and compliance standards
  • A calm, professional treatment environment
  • Respect for client privacy and experience

I’m cautious by design. If something cannot be done safely, compliantly, and sustainably, I’m comfortable saying no.

Partnership Values

All collaborations are grounded in:

  • Safety and regulatory alignment
  • Honest, professional communication
  • Respect for existing teams and cultures
  • Client-centered decision making
  • Trust, discretion, and long-term thinking

Some conversations remain exploratory. Others may evolve slowly over time. Not every discussion needs to lead somewhere to be worthwhile.

A Note on Timing

I’m early in this journey and intentional about pacing. My primary focus remains identifying the right first practice to own and operate directly.

Partnership conversations are selective and secondary, intended to build relationships and explore responsible entry points without rushing or compromising standards.

If you’re curious about collaboration, co-location, or simply want to talk through possibilities, I’m always open to a private, no-pressure conversation.
